What a week My new Billy Joel Lyrics to "We Didn't Start the Fire"

I feel like I could make new lyrics for the 1989 Billy Joel song, We Didn't Start the Fire just with the events since last Sunday. It might go something like:

"Herman Cain still feeling pain, Kaisich felt the voters bane, Rick Perry's two of three, Penn State brought to their knees, Newt is back dishing flack, Supercommittee's at an impasse, Syria's out of the Arab League

Eurozone cut to the bone, Berlusconi hit the road, Greece and Italy might pull us all down, The Dow is up The Dow is down, The pipeline's put on hold, The King of Pop's made whole, but Heavy D has gone home.

Veterans Day on Friday, Obama spoke and laid the wreath for those unknown, Later on the same day, he stood on the flight deck to help support his troops, The USS Carl Vinson, was turned into a floating gym, they tipped off  hoops historically, The troops cheered both teams, the blue the green, The Tar Heels took the victory,

Saturday in mid-PA Joe Pa could not be found, 46 year legacy burned right to the ground, both teams prayed in the round, the Huskers won, the crowd was stunned, Sandusky's on the hook for the innocents he stole, Andy Rooney's not here, even he would  shed a tear, for those helpless little kids~~

All this in one week, surly there were more stories that could have been mentioned. Sometimes I do not recognize this world we are living in. Perhaps, we just have more channels of communication to get news these days. And perhaps, this was going on all along and we just didn't know it. However, I feel like the world has changed so much in the last twenty years. I will have more to say about the Penn State criminal cover up felony generating hell bound crime spree in another post.  What do you think?

In closing I need to say, Monday saw my Aunt's final day, The cancer won, she's gone to be with her maker, and I miss her smile and warmth. She was one of my biggest supporters with my writing, school, and wood burning. Good bye Aunt Phyllis You will be missed and never forgotten. I will see you again someday. Until then enjoy your new post-life, life.

I never considered myself a song writer, however, with so many topics to choose from it can be done. I would love to discuss all of the previously mentioned topics in detail but I would not want to bore you.

As a personal note I will be playing a small part in the new video being cut for the Morning Journal Community Media Lab page. I met with Michael Blair one of the Morning Journal's videographers on Wednesday. He came to my home and filmed me doing my blogging. If you have a blog you should consider having it listed on the Morning Journal site. The information is available at http://www.morningjournal.com/medialab/

Have a great next week, and I will have more to say again soon. All the best
